General eligibility requirements:

Please refer to our Terms + Conditions for the full scope of what constitutes an eligible client and deal. Below are highlights.

  • Referral must not have transacted with Convene within the last two calendar years
  • Individual submitting the referral cannot be an employee, partner or owner of controlling interest of the referred company

WorkPlace referrals:

  • Referral must execute a WorkSuite Agreement with a six-month minimum term
  • Referral cannot be represented by a broker (for the Convene Broker Referral Program, click here)
  • Referral must execute an agreement within six months of the referral submission
  • Incentive does not apply to Community Membership referrals.

Meeting or Event referrals:

  • Referral cannot be represented by a third-party agency
  • Landlord partnership locations are not eligible for referrals (Quorum by Convene, Venue 42 by Convene, and Convene 22 Bishopsgate)

Frequently Asked Questions

To complete a referral, simply complete the referral form in the upper right-hand side of this page for the associated product, and check the box to agree to the Terms and Conditions. Once your referral signs their contract and makes the required payments, our team will contact you to finalize your referral terms and reward.

Please obtain consent from your referral before sharing their contact information with Convene.

Once you complete the referral form, no additional action is required. Convene will reach out to your referral and will contact you once a contract is signed and the requisite payments have been received.

The referral fee will apply to the first contract the referred client signs. Should this client continue working with us, those future deals will not be eligible for payment.

WorkPlace:
Once your referral has signed their WorkSuite contract and Convene has received the initial deposit, our team will send you a Referral Summary Page and secure link to collect the necessary personal information to process your Referral Fee. Payment will be issued within 30 days of Convene receiving the signed Referral Summary Page and your payment information. Payment will be made via check.

Meetings or Events:
Once your referral has signed their contract, the program has actualized (i.e. taken place), and Convene has received full payment, our team will send you a Referral Summary Page and secure link to collect the necessary personal information to process your Referral Fee. Payment will be issued within 30 days of Convene receiving the signed Referral Summary Page and your payment information. Payment will be made via check.
